1. Marinate the fish for about 15 minutes with salt, pepper and Provencal herbs.
2. Cut the potatoes, carrots and onions into pieces.
3. Arrange the vegetables on a baking tray.
4. Add lemon slices and sprigs of rosemary to the vegetables.
5. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, heat a little olive oil and fry the pepper and zucchini for about 2 minutes.
7. Add the paprika and cook for about 4 minutes.
8. Then add the pumpkin and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the crushed tomato, soy sauce and honey and cook for about 5 minutes.
