π₯ Gnocchi gratin, tomato sauce and chorizo βββββ¨
A comforting and spicy dish for the whole family, perfect for winter evenings or a friendly meal.
π Ingredients:
πΈ 500 g gnocchi
(Choose fresh gnocchi for a soft texture.)
πΈ 150 g mild or hot chorizo
(Hot chorizo ββββwill bring a nice heat, while mild offers a more subtle taste. You can also mix the two for a balance of flavors.)
πΈ 400 g crushed peeled tomatoes
(Choose quality tomatoes, canned or fresh, depending on the season.)
πΈ 1 clove garlic
(Fresh garlic has a stronger taste than garlic powder, so feel free to adjust it according to your preferences.)
πΈ 150 g mozzarella
(For a better melting, use fresh mozzarella, drained and cut into pieces.)
πΈ 1 tablespoon olive oil
(Extra virgin olive oil will add a nice flavor to the dish.)
πΈSalt and pepper
(Adjust to taste. Remember to taste the sauce before seasoning.)
πΈ Optional: fresh herbs
(Fresh basil or oregano to garnish the dish before serving, adding a touch of color and flavor.)
