Serving: Serve freshly baked Esfiha warm with a side of yogurt, tahini sauce, or a squeeze of fresh lemon for a burst of flavor.
Storage: Leftover Esfiha can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-8 minutes for the best results.
Freezing: The dough can be prepared ahead and frozen. Shape into rounds, stack with parchment paper between each piece, and store in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before use.
