3. Set the Panna Cotta:
Pour the panna cotta mixture into individual serving glasses or ramekins.
Allow the panna cotta to cool at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
Once slightly cooled, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. It should be firm but jiggle slightly when touched.
4. Prepare the Strawberry Jam:
Once the panna cotta has set, take the strawberry jam and stir it to loosen it up. If the jam is too thick, you can warm it slightly in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or heat it gently in a saucepan until it’s smooth and pourable.
Spoon a small amount of strawberry jam onto each panna cotta. You can use a small spoon or pour it from a jar with a spout.
5. Serve:
Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries or a few extra spoonfuls of strawberry jam.
Serve chilled, and enjoy the creamy and fruity layers of flavor!
