Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the mashed bananas and yogurt. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the diced mango pieces.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely
