°5 white or Yukon Gold potatoes
°5 pieces of pork
°1 onion cut into cubes
°1 cup whole milk
°3 cups grated cheddar cheese
°3 tablespoons unsalted butter

*Directions:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices, no more than 1/2 inch per slice
