1 teaspoon cinnamon
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Filling
4 oz Brie cheese, cut into chunks

1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons maple syrup
For Garnish
Fresh thyme sprigs (optional)
