Cashews: 70 g (1/2 cup)
Walnuts: 70 g (1/2 cup)

Pumpkin seeds: 70 g (1/3 cup)
Dates: 150 g (1 cup), soaked in cold water for 15 minutes

Honey: 160 ml (1/2 cup)
