Chicken Francese Recipe
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
2 large eggs
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup olive oil (for frying)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 cup dry white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay)
1/2 cup chicken broth
