-mix the chocolate to obtain a powder.
-Melt the chocolate powder in a bain-marie.
-In a saucepan pour the melted chocolate, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and cornstarch for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add the liquid crème fraîche, heat off, then stir.
– Pour the mixture into a container
-Wait 5 minutes and add 6 crushed Kinder Bueno bars.
-Mix everything together then pour the contents into ramekins.
-Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
-Cut the Kinder Bueno bar in 2 then press lightly onto the cream and sprinkle with crumbled almonds.
