PREPARATION BEFORE PLANTING
Choosing a pot for lemon is crucial: drainage holes are mandatory to avoid water stagnation. The size of the pot depends on the planned size of the tree. Use a low-acidity soil mix, a mixture with peat moss or for cacti is good.
Choose a bright, warm spot in the house where the lemon gets enough sunlight. Use phytolamps if necessary. A humidifier helps maintain humidity.
PLANTING SEEDS
Fill the pot with soil, leaving a small distance from the edge. Plant the soaked seeds to a depth of about 2 cm and lightly moisten the soil. Cover the pot with cling film with small holes for ventilation and check the soil moisture by moistening it regularly. Expect sprouts to appear in two weeks.
