In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Begin and end with dry ingredients, mixing until well combined.
Gently fold in diced strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let loaf cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
