Gently fold in diced strawberries.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let loaf cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
