Ingredients:
2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 vanilla bean (or 1 tablespoon vanilla extract)
1/4 cup dark rum
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large egg yolks
1 whole egg
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon rum (for the batter)
