This 4-Ingredient French Yogurt Cake is a simple, delicious dessert inspired by the classic French cake, but made without eggs! It’s light, moist, and has a delicate sweetness that’s perfect for any occasion. With just a few basic ingredients, it’s quick to prepare and bake.
Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt (preferably full-fat or Greek yogurt for richness)
1 cup sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour if preferred)
1/4 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven & Prepare the Pan:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
