Ingredients:
- 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy pistachio butter
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1/2 cup crushed pistachios (optional for extra crunch)
- Green food coloring (optional for vibrant color)
Equipment:
- Large mixing bowl
- Microwave-safe bowl
- Spatula
- Ziplock bags or large resealable bags
- Baking sheet (for cooling)
