Directions:
1. Heat a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add butter, a drizzle of olive oil, and a dash of white wine. Bring to a boil.
2. Add minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add the shrimps and generously season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until shrimps are pink on one side, then flip and cook for another minute. Remove shrimps from the pan, leaving the liquid.
4. Add heavy cream, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper to the pan. Bring to a boil.
5. Whisk in sprinkles of flour until the sauce thickens.
6. Lower heat to medium-low and add the shrimp back to the pan. Toss to coat with sauce.
7. Serve the shrimp and sauce over cooked pasta. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
