- 1 ½ lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese
For the Topping:
