Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
Ingredients
3 pounds of flank steak, cut into strips
4 bell peppers, sliced (whatever color and combo you choose)
2 onions, sliced
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 1/2 cups of soy sauce
1 1/2 cups of water
