– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 Onion
– 2 tbsp Butter
– 1 Garlic Clove
– 1/3 cup White Wine
– 2 cups Heavy *whipping cream
– 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
– 1 TBSP Knorr Shrimp Bouillon
– Salt and Pepper to taste
– 1 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes, Paprika, Parsley and Basil
