Ingredients
- 1 package (20 ounces) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup prepared pesto
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
- Optional: Shredded Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper
