Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn

4 cups frozen corn.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.
1/4 cup butter, melted.
1/4 cup milk.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions:
