2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
7 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp heavy cream (or whipping cream)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Mix 2 cups of unsalted butter on a medium speed for 35 seconds till smooth with a paddle attachment/stand mixer or a hand mixer.
