For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup stone-ground grits
4 cups water or chicken broth

Directions:
