This recipe is for a fully cooked ham, which means it’s already safe to eat. The roasting process simply reheats the ham and adds a delicious glaze.
Ingredients:
1 (8-10 pound) fully cooked bone-in ham
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
Prepare glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cloves, and cinnamon.
Score the ham: Score the ham in a diamond pattern (optional).
