• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 15 Oreo cookies (chopped)

For the Chocolate Ganache:

• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup heavy cream

Optional Garnish:

• Whipped cream
• Crushed Oreos
• Mini Oreo cookies
