INGREDIENTS YOU’LL NEED:
– 1 (450g) pound.Of smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into rounds.
– 1 medium onion, finely chopped.
– (about 32 ounces) 4 Cups.Of sauerkraut, drained and rinsed.
– 4 Cups.Of peeled and diced potatoes (about 4 medium-sized potatoes).
– 1 Cup.Of shredded cheddar cheese.
– 1/2 Cup.Of sour cream.
– 2 Tbsp.Of butter.
– 1 Tsp.Of caraway seeds (optional).
– Salt and pepper to taste.
– Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional).
