They’re an extremely simple and quick take on the traditional Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. They’re made with just five ingredients and can be prepared in just 30 minutes!

A classic Philly cheesesteak is comprised of thinly cut ribeye steak along with onions and peppers served on a roll with American cheese provolone cheese, provolone cheese along with cheese whip.
CHEESE SAUCE
In a large saucepan, melt butter.
When the bubbling has subsided, sprinkle flour on top and cook for about a minute until the flour is lightly brown.
Gradually add the warm milk into the butter and flour mixture while stirring continuously. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture becomes thick.
Remove from the heat and then slowly stir in cubes of cheese until it melts.
Cover and cook at the lowest temperature possible until it is completely incorporated and is stirred frequently. Keep warm.
MEAT, PEPPER & ONION MIXTURE
Heat a large saute skillet on high heat.
Add the meat to the pan and cook, on an extremely high flame until it is no more red.
