YOU NEED FOR APPROX. 15 PIZZA BARS:
1 ready-made pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
1 pack of pureed tomatoes or tomato sauce
1 pack of grated cheese
Spices e.g. pizza seasoning, salt, pepper, herbs, chili
optional: other ingredients e.g. salami, peppers or beef
PREPARATION:
First roll out the pizza dough and spread it with tomato sauce. Season to taste and sprinkle with the cheese. Then cut the pizza into approx. 15 long strips of equal size. Once these are cut, you can cover half of the individual strips with other ingredients. For example, I made a version with salami.
The strips are therefore only half covered, as they will be folded up in the next step and the covering would otherwise fall out or would simply be too thick. No matter which additional ingredient you choose, it must be cut very finely and thinly. After topping, fold the strips in half and be careful not to let all the cheese or other ingredients fall out.
