* In a mixing bowl, coming the milk, sugar, egg, instant yeast and whisk. Add the salt, all purpose flour and mix using a spatula to form a dough. Add the butter, using your hands, mix the butter together with the dough.
* Flour a clean surface and knead dough.Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and let it rise until it doubles in size.
* Season the chicken using salt, seasoning cubes, onions, garlic powder and grounded pepper and allow to cook until it’s done. Cut into smaller sizes when cooled.
* Pour some vegetable oil into a pan, add the onion, red bell pepper, seasoning cubes, salt, chilli pepper, garlic powder, chicken and stir. Allow it simmer for 1min as you keep stirring.
* Cut the dough into smaller sizes and roll them into a flat dough.
I love serving these at my parties. It’s such a breeze (and cheap) to make and looks so fancy
