
This homemade vanilla ice cream is incredibly simple to make—no ice cream machine needed! Just three ingredients and a little patience for a rich, creamy, and delicious frozen treat.
📝 Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Whip the cream
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).
2. Add the condensed milk and vanilla
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract using a spatula.
Mix until just combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
3. Freeze
