In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Drain excess fat and let cool.
Prepare a dish with warm water. Submerge one rice paper wrap until pliable.
Place softened wrap on a towel or cutting board. Add cheese, beef mixture, lettuce, and pickles.
Fold sides, then roll up tightly. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat with remaining wraps.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Let cool before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
