Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes (or small potatoes, halved)
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano (or Italian seasoning)
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced (optional, for extra garlic flavor)
