- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Start by washing and peeling the potatoes. Dice them into small cubes of about 1/2-inch size for quick cooking. Slice the zucchini into rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference. Thinly slice the onion and mince the garlic. Having everything prepared will make the cooking process faster.
