1 sheet of puff pastry (refrigerated or homemade)
300 g minced meat (beef, pork or a mix)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 clove of garlic (chopped or crushed)
100 g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or your favourite)
1 egg (for brushing)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional spices: paprika, oregano or cumin
