Directions:
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat some olive oil in a pan. Fry the diced onion and chopped garlic until translucent.
Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly until well cooked.
Add the tomato pieces and tomato sauce. Stir in the Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce for about 15-20 minutes so that the flavors blend well.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well so that the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
Optionally sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
