Step 1: Prepare the Oven and Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
Step 2: Make the Brownie Batter
In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 3: Add to the Pan
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Step 4: Add the Chocolate Chunks
Sprinkle the dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks generously over the top of the batter.
Step 5: Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Avoid overbaking to keep the brownies fudgy.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment overhang.
Slice into squares and enjoy this gooey, chocolatey masterpiece!
Perfect for chocolate lovers and easy to customize with your favorite mix-ins!
