Mexican Street Corn – came across this & it was delicious. Cooked it as a side with pulled pork bbq!

2 TBSP Melted Butter
1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
2 Limes
1 Cup of Feta Cheese
2 TSp Chili Flakes
1/4 Cup of Cream
1/2 Cup of Onion Chips (shallots)
